SHIPPING POLICY

Suppforce Nutrition is dedicated to providing timely and reliable shipping for all orders. We ensure that your supplements are carefully packaged and delivered to your doorstep at reasonable costs. Our transparent approach builds trust and confidence, ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
At Suppforce Nutrition, we prioritize customer experience. Our shipping policy is designed to offer clarity and convenience. We aim to provide a seamless delivery process, allowing you to focus on your fitness journey.

Shipping prices are based on a flat rate of $5.00, and free of charge for orders over $50.

USPS Domestic Delivery Times are 1-4 Business Days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Suppforce Nutrition is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy ensures a hassle-free process. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind the quality of our products.
 
Our return & exchange policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly. We believe in the effectiveness of our supplements and strive to ensure your experience with Suppforce Nutrition is nothing other than positive.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. 

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything in your order that seems out of place, contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim is approved and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

 

REPLACEMENT/REFUND EXEMPTIONS

Suppforce will not grant a refund, credit on your account, or replace a product in case of:

  • Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

  • Buyer's remorse – It is best to advise our customers to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders based on buyer’s remorse. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank - there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
